Every year we bring you exciting performance opportunities. With no audition to join SJ Dance, these performances are open to everyone.

Annual Showcase

Our next Showcase is Friday 4th June 2027, and we would love you to get involved! If you are interested in dancing or singing with us on stage, then get in touch. Sign up closes on 1st September and rehearsals begin on Tuesday 8th September. Come along to our summer classes and see if you’d be up for joining our wonderful community and our 8th Showcase! We have routines in many different styles including:

  • Jazz

  • Musical Theatre

  • Tap - at varying levels

  • Classical Ballet

  • Lyrical

  • Commercial

Disneyland Paris

We have danced in the heart of the magic, at Disneyland Paris on 3 occasions over the years. We are very excited to be applying to return in the Summer of 2027. This trip is always the best fun, and dancing at Disneyland is a bucket list moment for many dancers!

Everyone who joins us for the showcase is welcome to attend, however new joiners will need to attend some summer classes to get all the info they need about the process.

Sign up will close at the end of July 2026 so you’ll need to be quick!

Blackpool Tower Ballroom

We had a great trip to Blackpool to dance at the infamous Tower Ballroom - as seen on Strictly Come Dancing!

Dancing a lively Charleston and a fun Britney Mega-mix, we very much enjoyed the sprung floor and how much bounce it gives you.

We also performed these numbers ‘in the round’ facing outwards to audience on 3 sides of the room - a huge challenge, which everyone rose to and thoroughly enjoyed!

Alton Towers

With so many rollercoaster fans in the group, we headed off to Alton Towers for a thrilling adventure.

We danced some of our numbers in a showcase at the Park, along with other dance schools, and then spent lots of time hanging out on the rides and enjoying some ‘time off’ together.

Our performance trips are a great way to get to know each other better, and friends for life are made along the way.

The Shaftesbury Theatre

SJ Dance performed their West End Debut at the Shaftesbury Theatre in London’s iconic West End.

A dream come true!

Such a fabulous day, and an insane opportunity to tread the boards in the footsteps of so many incredible West End legends.

Local Events

We have participated in local events in Hammersmith and Fulham and love to be able to support our local community.
